Smart Pro Kids is offering a Lego EV3 Mindstorm intermediate course. The main objective of this course is to induce Robotics interest in the minds of young learners. LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 gives you the power to create and command your own robotic LEGO creatures, vehicles, machines and inventions! By combining LEGO elements with a programmable brick, motors and sensors, you can make your creations walk, talk, grab, think, shoot and do almost anything you can imagine!

There are many ways to bring your LEGO MINDSTORMS creations to life which you will enjoy learning in our program!




  • Students will build a fancy Robot as per project to address day to day activities.


  • Multiple projects using different sensors like color, infrared sensors, touch sensors and more!


  • Prepare students for First Lego League competitions.




Prerequisites: Must know some basics of Lego Ev3 programming.
Laptops and EV3 Lego Mindstorm kits will be provided.

Session 1: Saturdays, January 4-April 4, no class January 18 or February 22
Time: 9:30-10:30am - session full

Session 2: Saturdays, February 1-April 25, no class February 22
Time: 11:00am-12:00pm

Refund Policy
If you withdraw from a program at anytime prior to two weeks before the program start date, you will receive an account credit good towards other Parks and Recreation programs. Account credits do not expire. Account credit will not be issued if the cancellation takes places within two weeks of the program start date. Cancellations due to a medical emergency will have the option to receive an account credit or a refund at anytime with proper medical documentation. If a program is cancelled by Parks and Recreation, you will have the option to receive an account credit or a refund for that program.
