Youth Strength Training Program

Weight lifting
Middle school athletes will learn all the fundamental movements to exercises which they will perform while training at the High School level and beyond.  All training is done through a progression type manner. Athletes will learn the basics before progressing to to more complicated lifts. This program will establish the framework for an athlete's future in strength training for any sport.

Athletes will be instructed by ABT Staff/Coaches.

Athletes should bring workout clothes, sneakers and water.

Time: 5:30-7:00pm
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays; November 7th-December 5th
Grades: 6-8
Cost: $135.00
